February 13, 2019

From left, Vifa McBride, a senior from Bronson, Michigan, majoring in biology, Rebecca Mann, Writing Center coordinator, and Alaina Sallee, a sophomore from Winamac, Indiana, majoring in English, wrap books for Trine University’s annual Blind Date with a Book event Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the university’s Writing Center. On Valentine’s Day, Trine’s Writing Center gives away mysteriously wrapped books tagged with cheesy pick-up lines or clues that allude to the experience awaiting inside. The Writing Center, located in Shambuagh Hall Room 206, is open Thursday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
