Sport Psychology

Minor

The sport psychology minor draws on both exercise science and psychology and is designed to introduce the student to the discipline of sport psychology. Specifically, it emphasizes both the physiological and behavioral approaches to sport psychology that can be applied in recreational and athletic settings. This minor can be beneficial for anyone who plans on working with athletes or alternatively who seeks to pursue graduate study within the field itself.
